TEMPLETON -- Ten properties changed hands in Templeton during the four weeks ending Aug. 1, according to deeds recorded at the Worcester County Registry of Deeds. Only two of those transactions included a disclosed sale price, and those two prices bracketed a $75,000 spread, from $105,000 to $180,000.
