WEBSTER -- Eleven property transfers were recorded in Webster between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only three carry a listed sale price so far, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds data, with recorded prices ranging from $60,000 to $100,000.

3 Stephen Dr. sold for $75,421 on Sept. 11. The seller was listed as David Mota and the buyer as Urban Development.

A Webster property, with no street address specified in deed records, sold for $60,000 on Sept. 15. The sellers were listed as Vickie B. Robinson and Frederick J. Robinson, and the buyer as Operative Bank.

These are the only three transfers in the period with a sale price currently in registry data.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Vecchia Street accounted for three of the 11 transfers: 10 D Vecchia St., 10 Vecchia St. and 10 Vecchia St. Unit D, all recorded Sept. 11. None of the three has a price yet listed in registry data.
