BARRE -- Seven property transfers were recorded in Barre between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only one deed included a sale price, leaving most of the period's real estate activity without a public dollar figure attached.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Old Coldbrook Road accounted for two of the seven recorded transfers, at 999 and 111 Old Coldbrook Rd., both without disclosed prices. The remaining five transfers were spread across five different locations: South Street, Old Coach Road, West Street, Sams Way, and one Barre property with no street address given in the deed. No price-tier breakdown is possible for this period because only one of the seven deeds disclosed a sale price.
