NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Two transfers were recorded at what appears to be the same address under slightly different spellings: 29 No Fitzwilliam Rd. and 29 North Fitzwilliam Rd., both recorded Aug. 28 with different sellers listed (Gordon J. Morrison and Brendan Sandefur). Similarly, 23 The Common (recorded Sept. 2, seller Workers Federal Credit Union and Evan D. Foisy) and 23 On The Common (recorded Aug. 21, seller David G. Simpson) may reflect the same property recorded separately. By price tier, the two transfers with recorded prices, $30,000 and $160,000, both fall under $500,000.
