422 Still River Road sold Aug. 5; price not disclosed. The sellers listed on the deed were Middlesex Savings Bank and Craig A. Coburn.

592 Sugar Road sold Aug. 4; price not disclosed. The sellers were listed as Thomas Shortt and Kimberly Shortt.

167 Long Hill Road sold Aug. 4; price not disclosed. The deed shows the property transferring from Andrew P. Owen, as trustee, to Andrew P. Owen individually.

The sellers were Mary E. Hogan at the main address and Robert Joseph Frongello and Kathryn Marie Frongello at Unit 38. The Shortt name appears on both sides of the period's ledger: Thomas and Kimberly Shortt are listed as sellers of 592 Sugar Road and Thomas P. and Kimberly A. Shortt are listed as buyers of the $850,000 Bolton property, though the deed data does not indicate whether these are the same individuals or part of a single transaction.
