NORTHBRIDGE -- Eleven property transfers were recorded at the Worcester County Registry of Deeds for Northbridge addresses between July 3 and Aug. 1, but none of the deeds disclosed a sale price, leaving this month's roundup unable to report the price movement typically used to gauge the local market.

A transfer at 84 Fir Hill Lane listed two sellers, Paul Yurasha and F Marinella Development Corp., pairing an individual grantor with a development company. Buyer names were recorded for only two of the 11 transfers reviewed, and no sale price was disclosed for any transfer in this data set.
