HUBBARDSTON -- Fourteen properties changed hands in Hubbardston between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, according to deeds recorded at the Worcester County Registry of Deeds, but only three of those transactions disclosed a sale price, leaving most of the month's activity without a public dollar figure.

Hachey; the buyers were Massachusetts Electric Co. and National Grid. The third disclosed sale, at $20,000, closed Aug. 24 for a Hubbardston property without a listed street address. The sellers were Nijole L. Carignan and Scott R. Carignan; the buyer was IC Federal Credit Union. No other transactions in the dataset included a sale price.
