PHILLIPSTON -- Ten property transfers were recorded in Phillipston between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds data. Four of those transfers carried a recorded sale price so far, ranging from $25,000 to $380,000, and financial institutions were listed as the buyer in four of the ten deeds.

105 Main Road sold Aug. 19 for $45,000. The seller was Shelly A. Mustakangas, and the buyer was GFA Federal Credit Union.

A Phillipston property, address not specified in the deed record, sold Aug. 18 for $25,000. The sellers were Jason M. Maillet and Vicki M. Maillet, and the buyer was Workers Federal Credit Union.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

Highland Avenue had two transfers in the period: 360 Highland Ave., sold Aug. 19, and 485 Highland Ave., sold Aug. 10. Neither has a recorded price yet available.
