GARDNER -- Seventeen property transfers were recorded at the Worcester County Registry of Deeds for Gardner between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only three of those transactions listed a sale price, limiting what conclusions can be drawn about the town's overall housing market for the period.

The sellers were listed as Manuel Esteban Mateo Perez and Haley Rain Mateo, and the buyers were LoanDepot.com LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. All other recorded transfers in the period listed no sale price.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Olde Colonial Drive had two recorded transfers in the period: the Unit 4, Building 7 condominium sale for $25,000 on July 8, and a separate transfer at 42 Olde Colonial Drive on the same day between Westminster Woods Condominium Association Inc. and TDG Management Inc., with no price disclosed. No other street had more than one recorded transfer. Among the three sales with disclosed prices, all fell under $100,000, with no disclosed sales in a higher price tier during this period.
