Disclosed Gardner Home Sales Range From $200,000 To $330,000 In August

GARDNER -- Worcester County Registry of Deeds records show 12 property transfers in Gardner between July 31 and Aug. 4, but sale prices were disclosed in only two of them, limiting what conclusions can be drawn about the month's housing values.

MARKET OVERVIEW Twelve deeds were recorded in Gardner during the period. Of those, two included a disclosed consideration amount, ranging from $200,000 to $330,000, with a median of $265,000 based on those two transactions.
