Disclosed Auburn Home Sale Prices Cluster Tightly Between $145,000 and $150,000

AUBURN -- Nine property deeds were recorded in Auburn between July 31 and Aug. 29, but sellers or buyers disclosed a sale price in just two of those transactions, limiting what the record shows about the town's housing market this period.

MARKET OVERVIEW Nine sales were recorded during the period. Of those, two carried a disclosed sale price, ranging from $145,000 to $150,000, with a median of $147,500. Seven of the nine deeds listed no consideration amount, which is common in deed filings and does not necessarily reflect the property's market value. Nine recorded transfers is a modest sample for a single month, and with price data available for only two of them, the figures are too limited to characterize overall market direction.

TOP SALES The higher of the two disclosed sales was a $150,000 transfer in Auburn (specific street address not listed in the deed record) recorded Aug. 3, with Westec Drive Realty Trust and Barry R.
