CLINTON -- Ten property deeds were recorded in Clinton between July 31 and Aug. 29, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds records, with a Chestnut Street transfer the period's highest-priced transaction on record at $584,655. Sale prices were disclosed in only four of the 10 filings.

20 Webster St. sold for $40,000 on Aug. 3. Heidi P. Gilman was the seller; the buyer was Avidia Bank.
