TOP SALES 5 Forrest St. sold for $35,000 on July 31. The sellers were Eugene A. Toto and the estate of Rita F. Toto; the buyer was R A Anderson Builders LLC. 10 Grove St. sold for $30,000 on July 31. The seller was James A. Leboeuf; the buyer was Operative Bank. No other sales in the period disclosed a price, so a fuller ranking of top transactions is not possible from the available data.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Quaboag Street recorded two transfers on the same day, Aug. 6: 54 Quaboag St., with sellers Abigail Zahr and Kyle Degray, and 56 Quaboag St., with sellers Brookfield Town Conservation and Kyle Degray. Kyle Degray is named as a party on both deeds. Forest Street also saw two entries involving the same seller, Eugene Toto: 5 Forest St. on Aug. 6, with no price disclosed, and 5 Forrest St. on July 31, which sold for $35,000. The similar addresses and shared seller name suggest these deeds concern the same property, recorded nine days apart.
