Perrone Jr., and the buyer as Citizens Bank NA. No other recorded transfers in this period carry a sale price.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Edgebrook Drive saw two transfers in the period: 622 Edgebrook Dr. on Aug. 26 and 408 Edgebrook Dr. on Aug. 25, neither with a price yet available. Ledgewood Drive also saw multiple transfers: 3 Ledgewood Dr., 14 Ledgewood Dr. and 1 Ledgewood Dr. all transferred on Aug. 25, alongside 57 Main St. the same day, in filings where Michael J.
