BLACKSTONE -- Twelve properties changed hands in Blackstone between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, according to deeds recorded at the Worcester County Registry of Deeds, but sale prices for all but one of those transactions had not yet posted to the registry as of this report.

MARKET OVERVIEW

The registry recorded 12 property transfers in Blackstone during the four-week period. Only one of those sales, recorded Aug. 25, carries a confirmed price: $305,000. The remaining 11 transactions show no consideration amount yet. That is normal for deed data; sale prices typically appear in the registry within about a week of recording, and a missing price does not mean either party withheld it.

Because only one of the 12 sales currently has a recorded price, that $305,000 figure stands as both the low and high end of the confirmed range and as the reported median. It should be read as a single data point, not a full picture of the month's pricing, until the remaining figures post. By transaction count alone, 12 recorded deeds in a four-week span mark an active month for Blackstone.

TOP SALES

The period's only sale with a confirmed price is a Blackstone property recorded Aug. 25 for $305,000. Grantors Miranda Lee Hamel and Miranda Cloutier conveyed the property to buyers Megan Cormier and Thomas Cormier. A street address was not specified in the deed record, and bedroom, bathroom and square footage figures were not available.

Prices for the other 11 recorded transactions were not yet available at the time of this report.
