Winchendon Home Prices Range Widely From $60,000 to $360,000 in Late Summer

WINCHENDON -- Twelve properties changed hands in Winchendon between July 17 and Aug. 15, according to deeds recorded with the Worcester County Registry of Deeds, but only two of those transactions disclosed a sale price.
