WEBSTER -- Twelve property transfers were recorded in Webster between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only four listed a sale price, ranging from $240,000 to $386 million, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds records.

A Webster property, with no street address listed in the deed record, sold for $585,000 on July 17. The sellers were Mary Miller and Jason Cabana; the buyers were Keith Carpenter and Kyle P. Stewart. 15 Spring St. sold for $240,000 on July 17. The seller was Spring Street JM LLC and the buyer was Webster First Federal Credit Union.
