WARREN -- Twelve property transfers were recorded in Warren between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds records, but sale price data has posted for only one of them so far.

MARKET OVERVIEW Twelve deeds were recorded for Warren properties during the four-week period, a solid pace of registry activity for a small Worcester County town. As of this report, sale prices have posted for just one of those 12 transfers; the rest show "price not yet available," which is normal since price data typically appears in registry records about a week after a deed is recorded. Based on the single recorded price, the range and median both stand at $24,218.
