STERLING -- Eleven properties changed hands in Sterling between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only four of the recorded deeds listed a sale price, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds records. The highest-priced disclosed sale, a property on Newell Hill Road, sold for $387,545.
