HOLDEN -- Ten property transfers were recorded in Holden between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only one included a disclosed sale price, leaving most of the period's recorded activity without dollar figures attached.

MARKET OVERVIEW Ten deeds were recorded in Holden during the period. Of those, one, 219 Lovell Road, listed a disclosed sale price of $60,000; the other nine listed no consideration amount. Because only one price was disclosed, that $60,000 figure also stands as the period's low, high and median. The raw count of 10 recorded transfers is a reasonable volume for a four-week span, but the near-total absence of price disclosure limits any read on value trends for the period.

TOP SALES The only transaction with a disclosed sale price was 219 Lovell Road, which sold for $60,000 on July 10. The seller was listed as Family Living Trust, with Kelly M. Callahan named as trustee; the buyer was All One Credit Union. No other recorded transfer during the period disclosed a sale price, so no additional transactions can be ranked by price.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Bailey Road was the only street with more than one recorded transfer: 0 Bailey Road (sellers Holden Town Planning and Roger Eaton, recorded July 13) and 139 Bailey Road (sellers Emily St. Thomas and Matthew Lorrain, recorded July 10). The remaining eight transfers were spread across Jackson Street, Eagle Terrace, Centerwood Drive, Reservoir Street, Mason Road, Main Street, Lovell Road, and one property recorded without a listed street address.
