PHILLIPSTON -- Twelve property transfers were recorded in Phillipston between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but sale prices have posted for only three so far, putting this month's confirmed price range at $80,000 to $678,600.

TOP SALES The month's highest-priced recorded sale was 880 Royalston Rd., which sold for $678,600 on Sept. 4. Sellers were listed as Lauren Velta Conrad and Patricia Velta Belliveau; the buyer was Cornerstone Bank. A property recorded with a Phillipston address but no street number sold for $120,000 on Sept. 8. Sellers were Deanne C. Chase and Matthew D. Chase; the buyer was listed as Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and Lakeview Loan Servicing LLC. 190 Lincoln Rd. sold for $80,000 on Sept. 2. The seller was Craig T. Deveneau; the buyer was Country Bank for Savings. No other sales recorded in this period have a price available yet.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Two streets saw more than one recorded transfer this period. Main Road had two: 74 Main Rd. (sold Sept. 10, price not yet available) and 105 Main Rd.
