BOLTON -- Eleven properties changed hands in Bolton during the four weeks ending Sept. 26, according to deeds recorded at the Worcester County Registry of Deeds, though sale prices for all but one of those transactions had not yet been entered into the registry's records as of this writing.

They include 401 Still River Road, sold Sept. 2 by sellers Brenda J. Wright and Charles E. Wright; 313 Berlin Road, sold Sept. 2 with Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and Mortgage Corp of the East III listed on the deed; 51 Vaughn Hill Road, sold Sept. 2 by the Jones Living Trust; and 34 Wheeler Road, sold Sept. 2 by seller Susan S. Wilkinson. Prices for these properties are expected to become available in the coming days.
