DOUGLAS -- Nine properties changed hands in Douglas between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, according to deeds recorded at the Worcester County Registry of Deeds, but only one of those transactions carries a sale price so far, leaving most of the period's market activity still to be quantified.

MARKET OVERVIEW The registry recorded nine sales during the period. Of those, only one, the Sept. 28 sale of 15 Northwest Main St. for $380,000, has a recorded consideration amount so far. NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Two deeds were recorded for 56 Riedell Rd. on Aug. 31, both involving Debra and Dominic Palumbo: one transfers the property from Debra Palumbo and Dominic Palumbo to Debra Palumbo TR and Dominic Palumbo TR, and a companion deed lists Dominic Palumbo TR and Debra Palumbo TR as sellers. The pairing indicates the property moved into a family trust structure. Two deeds were also recorded for the same address on Aug. 28 under slightly different formatting, 15 Northwest Main St. and 15 NW Main St. One shows Helen E. Dixson and Stephen R. Dixson as sellers, with no buyer listed in that record; the other shows Lil Rhody Homes LLC selling to Ryanna LLC for $380,000. Together the two deeds suggest the property changed hands twice on the same day.
