Two transfers were nominal-consideration filings rather than market sales. At 183 Forest Avenue, sellers Priscilla J. Rainka and Priscilla J. Clowes transferred the property to Dennis H. Clowes TR and Priscilla J. Clowes TR, a transfer involving a shared surname and trust designation. A separate Warren property transferred from Lenora Merritt and Lenora A. Merritt to Cavalry SPV I LLC for nominal consideration. At 670 East Road and 700 East Road, deed records show the surname Shepard appearing among both sellers and buyers across the two properties.
