Three deeds were recorded Aug. 21. At 35 Downs Rd., the property transferred from Bank of America NA to First American Mortgage Solutions LLC. At 31 Brookside Dr., it transferred from Emily Howard to Robert Howard. At 27 Southeast Main St., it transferred from U.S. Bank NA, as trustee, to NewRez LLC.
