MILFORD -- Of the 12 property transfers recorded in Milford between July 24 and Aug. 22, only one carried a sale price at the time of this report, 42 Claflin St. at $45,000. The remaining 11 transfers await price data that typically appears at the Worcester County Registry of Deeds within about a week of recording.
