HUBBARDSTON -- Twelve properties changed hands in Hubbardston during the four weeks ending July 25, but only three of those deeds disclosed a sale price, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds records. The top recorded transaction was a $472,500 sale on Dogwood Road North.
