Grafton Deed Filings Show Little Price Data As Registry Lags

GRAFTON -- Fourteen property transfers were recorded in Grafton between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds data, but only one of those transactions included a sale price by the time records were compiled, leaving most of the period's market activity undocumented in dollar terms for now.

MARKET OVERVIEW The registry recorded 14 property transfers in Grafton during the period. Of those, only one, a condominium unit at 96 Samuel Dr Unit 2008, included a sale price: $100,000. Two additional transfers were recorded for nominal consideration and are not market sales. The remaining 11 transfers show price not yet available, which typically reflects a reporting lag of about a week rather than any withholding of information. Because only one transaction in this period includes a price, a price range and median cannot be calculated.
