EAST BROOKFIELD -- Thirteen property transfers were recorded in East Brookfield between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only two carried a sale price in the registry's data as of this report, leaving most of the period's market activity still unpriced.

The remaining 11 recorded transfers, at 117 Draper Rd., an unspecified East Brookfield address, 294 East Main St., 285 West Main St., 128 North St., 121 Maple St., 202 Stone Rd., 155 Dunnbrook Rd., 183 West Sturbridge Rd., 120 Blaine Ave. and 100 Haywood Dr., do not yet have a recorded price and are not ranked among the top sales.

East Main Street: Two transfers were recorded on this street. 214 East Main St. sold for $40,000 on Sept. 10, while 294 East Main St. transferred on Sept. 25 with a price not yet available; the seller on the latter was listed as East Brookfield Town Conservation and Whitcomb Sharon.

Sturbridge Road: Two transfers were recorded at the same house number on this street on the same day, Sept. 15, listed as 183 W Sturbridge Rd. ($25,000, seller Guinard Felicia, buyer Total Mortgage Services LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc.) and 183 West Sturbridge Rd. (price not yet available, seller Londergan Stephen E Est and Racine Melissa).

All other recorded addresses, Draper Road, West Main Street, North Street, Maple Street, Stone Road, Dunnbrook Road, Blaine Avenue and Haywood Drive, each had one recorded transfer during the period, with prices not yet available for all of them.
