CLINTON -- Eleven property transfers were recorded in Clinton between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only four listed a sale price, leaving most of the month's real estate activity undisclosed in the public record.

A separate transaction at the same Eagle Nest unit, 18 Eagles Nest, Unit 444, recorded a price of $199,900 on July 17, with Douglas McKay as seller and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc and Bank of Canton as buyers. The fourth disclosed-price sale was 508 High St., Unit 1, at $25,000 on July 17, with seller Jonathan Pagan and buyers Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc and Norwich Commercial Group Inc.
