CLINTON -- Nine property deeds were recorded in Clinton over the past month, but only three of them disclosed a sale price, ranging from $25,000 to $600,000, leaving most of the period's real estate activity without a public price tag.

A property at 30 South Meadow Road sold for $444,200, recorded June 26. Sellers Jose Rogerio Fernandes DaSilva and Elenice Maria DaCosta Silva transferred the property to United Wholesale Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc.

A property at 8 Highland St. sold for $25,000, recorded June 30, the lowest disclosed price of the period. Seller Briana S. Hyppolite transferred the property to Guaranteed Rate Inc. and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc.

No other deeds recorded in the period disclosed a sale price. Bedroom, bathroom and square-footage figures were not available in the deed records for any transaction.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN South Meadow Road accounted for three of the nine recorded deeds this period -- listed variously in registry records as 30 S Meadow Rd, 30 So Meadow Rd and 30 South Meadow Rd -- all recorded June 26, though only one of the three disclosed a price.
