CLINTON -- Thirteen properties changed hands in Clinton between July 24 and Aug. 22, according to deeds recorded at the Worcester County Registry of Deeds, but a sale price was disclosed in only four of those transactions.

MARKET OVERVIEW The registry recorded 13 property transfers in Clinton during the four-week period. Of those, four listed a sale price, ranging from $310,000 to $501,000, with a median of $416,900. The remaining nine transactions, more than two-thirds of the total, did not disclose a consideration amount, which is common for deed records involving bank transfers, family transfers, or refinancing-related conveyances. Thirteen recorded transfers is a moderate volume of activity for the period, though the limited price disclosure makes it difficult to characterize pricing trends beyond the four sales with reported figures.
