BLACKSTONE -- Twelve property transfers recorded at the Worcester County Registry of Deeds between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3 ranged from $19,079 to $645,000, but sale prices were available for only four of the twelve as of this report, with the rest expected to post to the registry in the coming days.

Of those, four carried a recorded consideration amount, ranging from $19,079 to $645,000, with a median of $315,000 among the priced sales. The remaining eight transfers show price not yet available, which is typical for recently recorded deeds and does not indicate the parties withheld the amount. TOP SALES

The highest-priced recorded transfer was 180 Lincoln St, which sold for $645,000 on Sept. 9. The seller was listed as Benjamin Gallant and the buyer as Mortgage Research Center LLC and Veterans United Home Loans. Beds, baths and square footage were not available in the deed record.

A Blackstone property sold for $530,000 on Sept. 10. The deed record did not include a street address. The seller was listed as Riera Euro LLC and the buyer as Spindrift Investments Two LLC. A related deed recorded the same day for 3 Mill St listed Riera Euro LLC and Spindrift Investments Two LLC together as sellers, with price not yet available.

270 Blackstone St sold for $100,000 on Sept. 4. The sellers were listed as Ross N. Fisher and Donna Fisher, and the buyer as Bank of America NA.

149 Federal St sold for $19,079 on Sept. 8. The sellers were listed as Maria E. Guallpa Guallpa and Maria Guallpa, and the buyer as Urban Development.
