BARRE -- Eleven properties in Barre recorded deed transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but sale prices have posted for only three of them so far, ranging from $290,900 to $625,000 with a median of $350,000.

MARKET OVERVIEW Eleven deeds were recorded in Barre during the period. Consideration amounts were available for three of the 11 transactions as of this report; the other eight had no price yet listed, which is typical, since sale prices often take about a week to appear in registry records after a deed is recorded. Among the three sales with a recorded price, figures ranged from $290,900 to $625,000, with a median of $350,000.
