RUTLAND -- Nine property deeds were recorded in Rutland between July 17 and Aug. 15, with four of the transactions clustered on Maple Avenue. None of the nine deeds disclosed a sale price.

Hunton II); 22 Forbes Rd. (sellers Digital Federal Credit Union and Robert Walters); 328 East County Rd. (sellers Cornerstone Bank and Kathleen M. Keizer); and a property recorded without a listed street address (sellers Brian L. Hunton II and Carrie Hunton, buyers Brian L. Hunton II and Carrie A. Hunton, as trustees).
