UPTON -- Ten deeds were recorded at the Worcester County Registry of Deeds covering properties in Upton between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but none carried a sale price in the registry data as of this report.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

Rockwood Lane: Two transfers recorded at the same street address, 41 Rockwood Lane, on Sept. 11, one for the main parcel (Kenneth S. Gerbetz to Carol Ferr Gerbetz) and one for Unit 18 (a revocable trust to Diane McCauley, trustee), making it the only street with more than one recorded transfer in the period.

Other streets, one transfer each: Walnut Street, Glenview Street, Plain Street, South Street, Main Street, Forest Street and Old Elm Way each had a single recorded deed, with no other geographic clustering evident in the data.
