Templeton Sale Prices Range From $55,000 To $231,000 In September Deeds

TEMPLETON -- Nine property transfers were recorded in Templeton between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only three carry a sale price so far, a reminder that price data typically takes about a week to post to the Worcester County Registry of Deeds after a deed is recorded.

The remaining six recorded transfers, at 149 Brooks Rd., 18 Old Royalston Rd., 17 White Cir., 44 Michaels Ln., 42 Circle St. and 720 Baldwinville Rd., have price not yet available.
