ROYALSTON -- Twelve deeds were recorded in Royalston between June 19 and July 18, but only four disclosed a sale price, leaving most of the period's property activity without a public dollar figure.

Of those, four deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $25,000 to $118,000, with a median of $42,500 among the priced sales. The remaining eight transactions did not include a consideration amount in the registry record, which is common for certain deed types and does not by itself indicate a lower-value or no-cost transfer. NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Pleasant Street had three recorded transactions -- 26 Pleasant St. (July 6), 31 Pleasant St. (July 3) and 22 Pleasant St. (June 24) -- none with a disclosed price. Winchendon Road had two sales: 42 Winchendon Road at $118,000 and 43 Winchendon Road, price not disclosed, both recorded within a week of each other (June 24 and July 1). Three deeds were recorded for a Fitzwilliam Road address, all dated June 25, listed variously as 17 N. Fitzwilliam Road, 17 No. Fitzwilliam Road and 17 North Fitzwilliam Road. One of the three disclosed a $25,000 sale price to Total Mortgage Services LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc.; the other two carried no disclosed price.
