Mendon Planning Board catches up on three months of minutes, endorses a Milford Street lot line shift. Members unanimously approved minutes from October 20, November 17 and December 8, 2025 in one sitting, amending the November 17 minutes to note a board member's recusal during the Cahill Estates hearing. The board then endorsed an amended ANR plan for 58C Milford Street, moving 31,528 square feet from an adjacent parcel to align the boundary with neighboring properties.

"All I'm doing now is just adding a piece on, so that way there, it ties me into all my neighbors," said the property owner, identified only as Bob. Town Planner Dylan Lindholm was cited repeatedly as the staff contact for finalizing plan signatures before the board adjourned by unanimous vote.
