DOUGLAS -- Thirteen property transfers were recorded for Douglas in the four weeks ending Oct. 10, but sale prices have posted for only two of them so far, leaving the local market's full picture incomplete for now.

MARKET OVERVIEW Thirteen sales were recorded in Douglas between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10. Of those, two carried a recorded sale price so far, ranging from $50,000 to $101,601, with a median of $75,800 across the two. The other 11 transfers show price not yet available, meaning most of this period's dollar activity will not be clear until the registry catches up, typically within about a week of recording.
