Only two of 12 Spencer deeds recorded this month disclose a sale price

SPENCER -- Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 12 property transfers in Spencer between June 19 and July 18, but only two listed a sale price, both above $300,000. The rest of the batch is dominated by mortgage-related entities, an estate transfer and municipal transactions.
