Only three of 12 Royalston deeds carry a sale price so far

ROYALSTON -- Twelve deeds recorded at the Worcester County Registry of Deeds between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10 show property changing hands across town, but sale prices have posted for only three of those transactions so far.

A Royalston property (no street address listed in the deed) sold for $25,000 on Oct. 5. Sellers Jewelianna Nicole Vaillancourt and Jewelianna Vaillancourt transferred the property to a buyer group listed as American Neighborhood Mortgage Acceptance Co. LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

Two street names each had two transfers during the period. Bliss Hill Road saw transfers at 53 Bliss Hill Rd (Sept. 24) and 51 Bliss Hill Rd (Sept. 23), neither with a price on record yet. Norcross Road saw transfers at 20 Norcross Rd (Oct. 5) and 39 Norcross Rd (Sept. 21), also both without a recorded price.
