At 10 Warren St., a deed valued at $50,000 was recorded Aug. 20. Sellers Robert M. Flanigan and Sharon B. Flanigan transferred the property to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and loanDepot.com LLC.

At 11 Birch St., a $39,763 deed was recorded Aug. 17. The seller was listed as Francis Derosier and Francis J. Derosier, and the buyers were Massachusetts Electric Co. and National Grid.

At 23 Spring St., a $14,032 deed was recorded Aug. 14. The seller was listed as William Williams and William R. Williams, and the buyer was Credit Corp Solutions Inc.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Warren Street was the only street with more than one recorded deed in the period: 10 Warren St. ($50,000, Aug. 20) and 21 Warren St. (price not disclosed, Aug. 19). The remaining 12 transactions were spread across 12 different streets, with no other repeated addresses.

By price tier among the disclosed sales: one transaction fell under $50,000 (23 Spring St. and 11 Birch St., at $14,032 and $39,763), one fell at $50,000 (10 Warren St.), and one exceeded $500,000 (the North Brookfield transaction at $602,300).
