LEICESTER -- The Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 property transfers in Leicester between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but pricing information has posted for only one of them so far, a pattern typical of the registry's data lag rather than any withholding by buyers or sellers.
