GRAFTON -- Eight properties changed hands in Grafton during the four weeks ending Oct. 3, but final sale prices have posted in registry records for only two of those transactions, ranging from $235,000 to $560,000.

MARKET OVERVIEW

Eight deeds were recorded in Grafton between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds records. Of those, two carry a recorded sale price: $235,000 and $560,000, producing a price range of $235,000 to $560,000 and a median of $397,500. The remaining six sales have no price attached yet in the data; sale prices typically appear in registry records within about a week of a deed being recorded, so that is expected rather than unusual. Six of the eight deeds, including all six without a price so far, were recorded on a single day, Sept. 8; the other two were recorded Sept. 4. The remaining six recorded sales, at 26 Summerfield Drive Unit 17, 9 Morgan Drive, 19 Milford Road, 108 Fitzpatrick Road, 4 Powerline Drive and 18 Bruce Street, have no sale price yet available in the data, so they cannot be ranked against the two above.
