Brookfield Sale Prices Span $150,000 To $195,000 In Latest Deed Records

BROOKFIELD -- The Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 13 property transfers in Brookfield between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only two of those sales carried a listed price by the time records were pulled, leaving most of the period's pricing data still to post.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Rice Corner Road accounted for three separate transfers, more than any other street in the period: 39 Rice Corner Rd. (Sept. 21, seller Citizens Bank N.A., buyer Jennifer L.
