No other transaction recorded in the period disclosed a sale price.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

Chestnut Street had two recordings on the same day, June 23 -- one at 60 W. Chestnut St. and another at 60 West Chestnut St., both naming Melody K. Bovino and Jessee J.
