Athol Home Sale Prices Range From $81,000 To $213,000 So Far

ATHOL -- Nine properties recorded deed transfers in Athol between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but sale prices have posted for only two of them so far, leaving most of the month's market activity still unpriced in registry data.

MARKET OVERVIEW The Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded nine property transfers in Athol during the period. Of those, two carry a recorded sale price so far: $81,000 and $213,000, a range that produces a median of $147,000. The remaining seven sales have no price yet; that typically reflects a data lag of about a week rather than any withholding of information.
