DUDLEY -- Eight properties changed hands in Dudley between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, according to deeds recorded at the Worcester County Registry of Deeds, but only one transaction disclosed a sale price, leaving most of the period's activity impossible to size up in dollar terms.

MARKET OVERVIEW The registry recorded eight property transfers during the period. Only one, a sale on Marsh Road, listed a consideration amount: $80,000.
