Oakham Board Authorizes Legal Push for Search Warrant at Troubled Colebrook Road Property

OAKHAM — June 23, 2026 — Oakham Select Board authorizes search warrant push for 358 Colebrook Road. The board voted unanimously Tuesday to allow the Board of Health to engage town counsel in filing an administrative search warrant petition at Worcester Superior Court, targeting a property held by a foreign-registered LLC identified as Zoval. Board of Health member Lucille, who drafted the petition and consulted with a Worcester Superior Court assistant clerk on the day of the meeting, said the filing will include an ex parte motion and that service on the LLC's registered agent, listed in state corporate records as Yanni Cohen of the Pittsfield area, may require a Berkshire County sheriff.
